For appointments please call (470) 331-1194 Monthly Membership Facial Terms and Conditions These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the monthly membership facial program (the "Membership") offered by Le Rêve Esthetics. By enrolling in the Membership, you ("you" or "Member") agree to be bound by these terms. 1. Membership Benefits: * The Membership entitles you to one 50-Minute Custom Facial or 60-Minute Back facial per calendar month. * Additional services beyond the monthly facial are available at our standard menu prices. 2. Membership Enrollment and Fees: * To enroll in the Membership, you must provide valid payment information and authorize monthly recurring payments. * The monthly membership fee $100. * Your first month's fee will be charged upon enrollment. * Monthly fee will be automatically charged to your designated payment method on the 1st of each month. 3. Payment and Billing: * You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up-to-date. * If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If the payment continues to fail, your Membership may be suspended or terminated. * We reserve the right to change the monthly membership fee upon 30 days prior written notice. 4. Monthly Facial Redemption: * Your monthly facial must be redeemed within the calendar month for which it is valid. * Unused monthly facials do not roll over to the following month unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion. * Appointments are required for all monthly facials and are subject to availability. * You are responsible for scheduling your monthly facial appointment. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. 5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy: * Our standard cancellation policy applies to all scheduled monthly facial appointments. Failure to provide the required notice or a "no-show" for a scheduled appointment may result in the forfeiture of that month's facial. 6. Membership Suspension or Termination: * By You: You may cancel your Membership at any time by providing 10 days written notice via email. * By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Membership at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment, violation of these terms and conditions, or inappropriate behavior. * Upon cancellation or termination, any unused monthly facials are forfeited, and no refunds will be provided for partial months. 7. Changes to Terms and Conditions: * We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated to you via email.
