To cancel an appointment you must cancel BEFORE 24 hours. There is a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late there's a high possibility of your appointment being canceled. If you are more than 15 minutes late without a notice it will be considered a no call no show and will be banned from booking in the future. Please, no extra guest unless if you are bringing a guest that's also getting a service.
